SirenScholars is an educational platform designed solely for test preparation (such as the NREMT). The information, graphics, and text contained on this website are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. You must never use this platform in place of your local, state, or national EMS protocols. In clinical practice, your local medical director's protocols absolutely supersede any information found on this platform. We are not liable for any clinical decisions made based on the study material provided.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SirenScholars ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our curriculum or database.
2. Subscription & NREMT Guarantee
SirenScholars offers digital subscription access to proprietary EMS study materials. While we provide high-fidelity testing algorithms and study aides, we do not guarantee that you will pass the NREMT or any state-level EMS examination. Passing examinations inherently relies on individual student effort, comprehension, and external practical training which we do not verify.
3. Billing, Cancellations & Refunds
Subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Profile. To prevent interrupted service, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Because SirenScholars grants immediate access to proprietary digital intellectual property and curriculum, all payments are non-refundable unless specifically mandated by law.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, quizzes, medical illustrations, and algorithms are and will remain the exclusive property of SirenScholars and its licensors. Our materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, scraping, reproducing, or redistributing our curriculum, test questions, or illustrations to external platforms, study groups, or competitors. Your account is for individual use only. Password sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your service node without refund.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (such as engaging in automated scraping or account sharing).
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SirenScholars, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any clinical errors made relying on educational material; or (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
